Read your QC photos like a pro
QC photos are your one chance to catch problems while the item is still in China. Here’s what they show — and what they can’t.
Fansbuy takes 3–5 free QC photos when your item reaches the warehouse, showing the overall item, colour, obvious defects, logo/stitching close-ups, size labels and completeness — your chance to approve or raise an issue before shipping. They can’t confirm long-term durability, exact fit on your body, or full electronics function.

The safety mindset
QC lowers risk; it doesn’t remove it. Check size charts, read seller history where you can, and keep your order records. Spreadsheet discovery never guarantees seller stock or final agent acceptance.
