It’s the workflow of discovering products on a curated W2C spreadsheet (like w2cspreadsheet.com) and then buying them through the Fansbuy agent. Discovery and checkout are separate sites.
How much does Fansbuy charge?
A flat 8% service fee on the item, at the live mid-market exchange rate with no hidden FX margin. International shipping is quoted separately after QC. See the Costs page.
Which marketplaces can Fansbuy buy from?
Taobao, 1688, JD and Weidian. You paste the product link and Fansbuy places the order for you.
Do I get to see my item before it ships?
Yes — Fansbuy takes 3–5 free QC photos when your item reaches the warehouse. See QC & safety for how to read them.
How long is storage free?
90 days. That window lets you pool several orders and consolidate them into one parcel to save on shipping. See Storage.
How is shipping calculated?
By real or volumetric weight, across 150+ lines that differ in price, speed and allowed goods. You pay it once, when you consolidate and ship.
Are prices and stock on this site real-time?
We don’t list prices or stock at all. Those live on the source marketplace and on Fansbuy — always check there, since they change constantly.
Can Fansbuy ship batteries or liquids?
Some lines carry restricted goods and some don’t. Check the current line’s rules before you consolidate; see QC & safety.
Do I have to pay to see a spreadsheet?
